Each one runs a live search across our West Campus inventory.
Off-market — most of this is not on the MLS. Sort by walk time to campus, or by price per bedroom.

Looking to rent an apartment, buy a condo, or have your own property listed? West Campus Living is one-stop shopping with a team of real estate professionals who specialize in this neighborhood and nothing else.
Most of what we lease never reaches a public listing site. Owners bring units to us directly, which is why our inventory looks different from every other search you have run — and why pre-leasing here starts earlier than you expect.
Tell us your budget, your bed count, and how far you are willing to walk. We will tell you what is real.
At West Campus Living, we know your search for a home away from home might seem overwhelming at first. Earlier than almost anywhere else. West Campus pre-leases roughly a year ahead — units for the following August are typically signed the previous fall. If you are reading this in the spring for that same August, call us; we keep a list of what is still open.
Because they are off-market. Owners bring them to us directly rather than syndicating them, so they never hit the MLS or the national portals. That is the whole point of this inventory.
Monthly rent divided by bedroom count. It is the number that matters when a group is splitting a place — a four-bedroom at $4,000 is cheaper per person than a one-bedroom at $1,600, and per-bedroom pricing makes that comparison instant.
Straight-line distance from the unit to the UT Main Building, converted at a normal walking pace. Treat it as a good comparison between units rather than a turn-by-turn estimate.
Often the better move. Owning a condo near campus can offset four years of rent, and in some cases supports establishing Texas residency for tuition purposes. We handle purchases as well as leases — ask us.
Some of both. Use the Furnished and Parking filters on the rentals page to see only those, and call us if you need something specific — inventory moves faster than any website.
Budget, bed count, and how far you will walk. That is all we need to start.
