Most West Campus search results point you at one building's own marketing. We lease across many buildings, and a large share of our inventory never appears on a public portal at all. As of August 2026 we hold 137 exclusive units, 102 in West Campus (78705) and 22 in North Campus and Hyde Park (78751).

Below are buildings where we currently hold several units, with the actual bedroom mix and monthly rent range from our own list. Three of them have full 3D tours you can walk before you visit: Studio 34, The 34 at Helms and Mark V.

Do you have anything outside West Campus?

Yes. About 22 of our current units are in North Campus and Hyde Park (78751), including 4209 Avenue B and 1020 Ellingson Ln, and we carry a small number elsewhere in Austin. These generally price below comparable West Campus bedrooms in exchange for a longer walk or a shuttle ride.
